One thing we've found with our clients is that just because one part of their life retires, other things in their life steps in to complete their time more, and with that, stress accompanies life. So what can we do to de-stress our lifestyles? How do we quiet our minds and heal ourselves from years of job, family, money, relational, and other life stresses?
